I am a therapist in training drawn to the deep currents beneath the surface—those subtle patterns, early experiences, and hidden strengths that shape who we are. My approach is rooted in depth and analytical psychology, with a particular affinity for Jungian thought, the journey of individuation, and the soulful lens of transpersonal psychology.
I also bring a trauma-informed perspective that honors the intelligence of the nervous system, knowing from personal experience how essential regulation, grounding, and safety are to healing.
At the heart of my work is relationship: attuning to each individual client with care, presence, and curiosity. I believe therapy is a sacred space where we remember what has always been true within us—that we carry light, wisdom, and the capacity to heal. My role is not to direct but to walk beside, helping you learn to trust yourself, turn inward for guidance, and relate to the difficult aspects of life as invitations for growth.
I bring a well-honed balance of deep empathy, compassion, and intuition, along with clear boundaries and a strong foundation in self-empowerment. My work is influenced by training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transformative Imagery, the Enneagram, and transpersonal psychology—approaches that support inner connection, symbolic insight, and spiritual integration.
Together, we may draw on somatic practices, grounding rituals, imagery, or dreamwork—whatever serves your process best. My style is flexible and collaborative, always guided by the unique needs of the person in front of me.
I specialize in working with individuals who experience the world in rich and complex ways—this includes neurodivergent clients (such as ADHDers, autistics, gifted or twice-exceptional individuals), highly sensitive people, deep feelers, and those navigating creative, existential, or nonlinear paths through life. I hold space for intensity, nuance, and difference with compassion and curiosity.
To put it simply: I use the light within me to help those I sit with remember the light within themselves.
