Lexie Beechler is a counselor-in-training pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She believes each person carries an inner wisdom and the capacity to heal, and she views therapy as a collaborative process built on trust. Clients lead their own healing journeys, while Lexie walks alongside them with presence, care, and curiosity. Her approach is person centered and also draws from attachment theory, somatic practices, expressive arts, and Jungian perspectives. These pathways support clients in deepening self-awareness, understanding relationship patterns, reconnecting with their strengths, and moving toward growth in ways that feel authentic, embodied, and self-directed.

Lexie is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to reclaim resilience and wholeness.
