Kelsey Norris is a student therapist pursuing her Master’s in Counseling at Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Raised in Albuquerque, she holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Evolutionary Anthropology from the University of New Mexico.After more than a decade as a creative entrepreneur, she brings a rich appreciation for identity, transformation, creativity, and meaning-making into her therapeutic practice.
Kelsey is especially drawn to narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic work, depth psychology, and decolonizing approaches to healing. Her work is rooted in the belief that the human experience is not something to be pathologized, but something to be met with compassion, curiosity, and care. She is particularly interested in supporting postpartum women and others moving through profound life transitions, and she is passionate about the healing potential of group work and shared transformation in community. Kelsey has completed Southwestern’s Human Sexuality Certificate and is currently pursuing additional training in Applied Interpersonal Neurobiology and Psychedelic Studies.
