Tierra Nueva Counseling Center provides mental health services for the northern New Mexico community. With twelve session rooms and two large group rooms, we offer art therapy, counseling, sand tray therapy, play therapy, and family, group, and couples psychotherapy on a sliding scale basis.
We have provided services in Santa Fe since 1986 as a field-training site for counseling and art therapy students of Southwestern College. Over the past 30-years we have grown and expanded services to accept Medicaid and select commercial insurance plans.

Full-Time Bilingual Family Therapist
Tierra Nueva Counseling Center continues to expand services in Santa Fe and is looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) therapist able to work with children and families to join our team!
This is a full-time salaried position that includes continuing education and professional development in a warm, collegial, and supportive environment.
This position requires a current independent license in New Mexico, ability to be credentialled with Medicaid and commercial insurance, and ability to work evenings. Successful applicants will have a client-centered and culturally informed philosophy on mental health consistent with the vision and mission of Tierra Nueva and be committed to the wellbeing of our community.
