Stephanie is bicultural Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Southwestern College and a Bachelor’s in Human Biology from Michigan State University. She offers a holistic, humanistic approach to therapy, and believes that healing happens in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. Drawing from a person-centered framework, Stephanie integrates mind-body awareness, emotional depth, and cultural sensitivity, while incorporating somatic practices and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She understands that each person holds an innate capacity for healing and growth. Stephanie is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and live more authentically, viewing therapy as a collaborative journey back to one’s inner healer, a process of remembering one’s true nature and returning to the self.  Stephanie can offer therapy in both English and Arabic and is able to engage in basic Spanish for conversational support.
